• Wingspan: 1,9 m. • Lenght: 1,27 m. • Wing area: 32 dmq. • Profile: RG 15 mod • Empty weight: 1,1 kg. • Flying weight: from 1,4 kg. • Ailerons, flaps, V- tail(rudder/elevator) and motor
Now the Blade 1.9 is also electric.
The first of the now great Blade family, the Blade 1.9 is now available also with a bigger and longer fuselage, so you can easily convert it to electric motor or just have a bigger fuselage with plenty of room for std servos and bigger receivers. Specially suited for the lover of fast flying models, its rock solid one piece wing with the special modified RG 15 profile will permit you to fly in all weather conditions and is perfect to start Dynamic Soaring practice or to learn how to use the camber changing mix offered by modern computer radio. The one piece wing (for higher strenght) is realized in fibreglass with carbon spar and reinforcements; the fuselage is in fibreglass with carbon reinforcement and is big enough to accept most of the outrunner brushless motors in the 350 to 800 Watt class (up to 40mm diameter) and up to 4S cells lipo battery pack. A good motors is the Axi 2826/8 and a 3S lipo pack or the Cyclon 32 with 3S or 4S lipo pack. The vtail made in fibreglass with carbon reinforcement is in one piece for higher strenght and is easily removed from the fuselage for transport. The model request 6 micro servos (2 ailerons, 2 flaps, elevator and rudder) and a transmitter capable of dealing with 4 servos wings and Vtails. We strongly suggest the use of a good quality receiver.
